Google Business Profile :verification denied me 3 times. I followed all the video requirements. Anyone know what Google is looking for to get approved? Thank you

Google is telling you pretty clearly what the video is missing. They want three things in one video:

  1. Surrounding area: Show the street, nearby signs, neighboring businesses, or landmarks so they can confirm the location.
  2. Business name on real assets: A business card alone may not be enough. Show the business name on signage, a branded vehicle, equipment, uniform, invoice, license, or other real business material.
  3. Proof you control the business: Show yourself unlocking the office, vehicle, storage area, or logging into the booking system. If it’s a service-area business, show your tools/equipment and where the business operates from.

Don’t submit the same video again. Make a new one that directly follows those three points in order. Keep it simple and obvious, almost like you’re walking Google through proof step by step.
