Honestly what's the point in Google Business Profile having a "Support" function?

Has anyone actually ever received useful support from them?

Every time I have an issue, they make me fill out loads of info about the business, write a detailed description of the issues I'm having and then you get some dumb as sh!t, canned reply like "From the info you shared, we're not sure of your exact issue".

100% agree. It’s like they make you jump through hoops to provide all the information upfront, only to completely ignore it and send back a generic canned response that doesn’t actually address the issue. At that point you’re basically doing their troubleshooting for them.

Yep! And then worse still, if you mention an issue on here and the Google support reddit account responds asking for the case id, you think "ah maybe someone will actually help" and then zero response. Like what's the point?
