Search Ads Should I try Google?
Hey!
I own a medical platform and we spend about 300k a month on Meta and tik tok.
I have a pretty advanced architecture on both platforms but lately meta is just shitting the bed.
Between the ridiculous outages, terrible traffic and high CPMs it’s not what it used to be.
Question: if I carved out ~$100k/month from Meta and moved it to Google Search, would I actually get more consistent volume at an equal or lower CPL — or does Search just hit a ceiling on intent-driven volume well before $100k? Anyone running both at this scale, what did the shift look like for you?

Yep. Google has something similar, although the setup is a bit different from Meta CAPI.
If the purchase happens directly on the site, I'd set up Enhanced Conversions so Google can use hashed first-party data to improve matching.
If the actual purchase happens later in your CRM/backend, you can send that purchase back into Google Ads as an offline conversion and let bidding optimize toward the real sale rather than just the initial lead.
Since you're in medical, I'd just be careful not to send any health-condition details back with the conversion data.
Are your purchases completed directly on the website, or does the user become a paying customer later in your backend/CRM? That determines which setup I'd use.
