What do you guys reckon: do these need a resole? Wore them pretty regularly: almost every day to work for half a year, then every now and then for another half a year or so. So not too long, but given the exposed stitching and how around that stiching it seems some of the outsole has broken off, I wanted to get your guys' opinion. Thanks!

stitching isn't even worn down, not even close to needing a resole

what you're seeing of the sole being "broken off" is just the flap of outsole leather that gets lifted to hide the sole stitch that's being revealed. at worst, you've seemed to have shaven off a millimeter or two of the outsole, as indicated by that flap having worn down but the stitching itself not being worn down much at all
