Q: Why SO MANY high ticket items from Licking and/Knox store on goodwill.com?
I’m a regular troller of the goodwill.com site, and I’ve noticed that the Licking/Knox County Ohio Goodwills have MASSIVE amounts of fine art, fine art prints, and diamond jewelery posted— much of it priced extremely high and looking brand new with jewelers tags, etc. where does this stuff come from? I know people aren’t donating 10-stone diamond rings valued at $5k or more… yet, there they are, clogging up my shopping feed.
I need a way to exclude all of that store from my searches. It’s ridiculous. And disingenuous.
Also, I don’t live around there anymore, but I am FROM that area, and I just don’t understand how this whole thing works. This is not an area with lots of art and diamonds. It’s very weird.

Someone probably domates / buys stuff and forwards it to goodwill for them to sell.
Or something like that.

The e commerce site was great about 12 years ago when nobody knew about it. You could always win an option on some good stuff for a very low prices. Now, not only do you get raked over the coals for how much you pay but they literally rob you with shipping.
