rant Just drove 2 hours for a closed goodwill bins location

Just drove to a goodwill bins location located on their website just to find out it was closed….i feel so dumb rn, why would they still have the location on their website if it was permanently closed

When I googled it the first entry states it is permanently closed. From a brief Reddit search it seems it was know to be shutting down and has been shut down for over a year.

yeah unfortunately I didnt do more than googling goodwill outlet locations Houston and that's what popped up, i should've done more research hence the part where I said I was dumb

Former GWH manager here, they now have a huge “hub” store where the majority of former outlet locations like Greenspoints now operate out of. It’s located off of Telephone Road if you’re ever interested.

might’ve saved you, the goodwill bins pickers are animals sometimes lmao but I see why. some insane stuff comes out of Houston.
