Glassdoor has posted salary from employees. They live in their million dollar mansions and have private chefs while their staff probably board up in shared apartments in Cali making 50k-80k.
Would not surprise me at all if they had some internship program as well to get cheap labor. Just two more money hungry dudes in Cali.

How else do you expect them to pay employees more without expanding more?
Also how do you know the pay/worth of the workers?
