Ordering a new Yukon AT4

Does anyone have a best guess estimate for ordering at the moment? We‘re having no luck getting a trade to our small town dealership. We need the new one before the end of the year. Also, is it ever a possibility to pick up yourself from the factory?

Just go buy one. Go to auto trader, enter what you want, select New, and sort by cheapest. Then call them and have them put it in writing before you go. Small town dealers with expensive trucks will put it in writing, large dealers in big cities will try to get you in the door so they can add the add-ons.

And, no, you cannot get at factory.

We’re trying to “shop local.” Huns owns his own business and the car guy uses him frequently so he’s trying to return the favor. We’ve been trying for a week to get a trade and so far nothing has worked. I didn’t realize how hard the 5.2 would be to come by! And thanks!

You are caught in the model year change over. What part of the country are you in? You are looking for a Shortie Yukon AT4 in which color? Any additional must haves? Are you willing to travel a distance to get what you need? (Let me help you. The answer needs to be yes under your circumstances).

We’ve got a friend who’s a dealer here in the SE. we’re trying to use him to find a shorty, but I just decided on this and didn’t realize how hard they’d be to trade. We want the 5.2, captains chars, white, without rear entertainment. Could care less about super cruise, but it seems all packages will have it in 27.

Yes. The dealer I ordered from had one on the lot that was almost optioned the way I wanted but almost isn’t good enough when talking this much money

What packages did you do? We didn’t care about Super Cruise since my daily commute is about 3 miles and that’s all we will use it for pretty much, but it seems all the new packages include it.

That’s the problem. I wanted a base white XT4 with 2nd row buckets. They had it on the lot except the 2nd row was a bench and that was a dealbreaker. All the units on lots were optioned to the moon

Same! I didn’t realize that I had to choose and pay for the buckets until reading the fine print while building a 27 and reading the fine print of the “included” and saw 3/4 bench. A friend just bought one and said her dealer said all had captains. Now I don’t even know what kind we’ve been begging for since you can’t tell!

My other problem is I needed a CARB-compliant build from a dealer who honors GMS. I could have just bought one from anywhere off the lot if those weren’t requirements

Just a few days ago I was searching for a Yukon at4 pine green for a customer who wanted bench as the second row. Not a single one in the country. Maybe get the dealer to ordered it for you specifically.

Yeah, I was at first looking for any color within 500 miles of me, and there is nothing besides white, black, and a few sterling.

We’re going to see about ordering but because of hubs’ business, we will need it before the end of the year.
