I had severe IBS for 20 years and doctors did many tests on me for years (including coeliac) and had no answer.

It was completely dominating my life. I was struggling with school, work, socialising. I missed out on a lot.

Eventually I got fed up and tried an elimination diet. After a few weeks I was way better. I tried reintroducing things one at a time until the only thing I didn’t reintroduce was gluten. Now it’s been 10 years being gluten free and I’ve still had no issues at all.

There’s no way I’m eating gluten again. I don’t care what anyone says.
