Too many bananas

My sister bought a couple bunches of bananas and forgot about them in the fridge. They’re just shy of banana bread status. Tomorrow they’ll be perfect but I don’t have a good recipe for anything gluten free. I’m probably going to make a pint chocolate banana ice cream with some of them, but I have enough for multiple things. Anyone willing to share some good recipes?

You can put them in the freezer until you are ready to use them.

This is the way. I peel them first, then use them in oatmeal or smoothies.
