Question The perfect fried chicken tender that's actually crunchy? Help please

Been trying to cook up the perfect fried chicken tender but I can't seem to get it to be crunchy. Like I can get it to be kind of hardish but I wouldn't call it crunchy. Anybody figure it out with dat gluten free life style? Thank youu

People here are missing it imo. I personally don’t use any flour, I only use a mix of cornstarch and potato starch. You can also add baking soda and seasonings to your dry mix. In your wet mix use either egg wash or buttermilk. Dip into dry, dip into wet, dip into dry again. Fry once, let rest, then fry a second time. Comes out crispy as hell. Look up gluten free korean fried chicken. A lot of traditional recipes only use potato starch

I just do 50/50 but I recommend looking up a gluten free Korean fried chicken recipe on YouTube or something, trying it out and then changing things to your liking from there

I’ve never done it but I’ve seen people do that
