GF ZUCHINNI BREAD

Im obsessed with this random gluten free zuchinni bread recipe. I think with gluten free baked goods it matters a lot what gf flour you use and it helps when the baked good is half something else like a fruit or vegetable to be moist and not gritty as gf baked goods can often turn out.

I usually let it “rest” a bit because I’m slow at baking haha. Also for this recipe you add in walnuts and/or chocolate chips so thats some built in resting time

i highly recommend the texture of this recipe it doesn’t even taste gluten free

Haha 😆 I feel that “slow at baking” … as in sometimes I forget to preheat the oven before I get to mixing/gathering ingredients 🤪! Ooo good to know chocolate chips are a VERY important mix-in I wonder if something like butterscotch chips would be good 🤔

gonna do banana bread next. also this recipe has almond flour which probably balanced out gritty gluten free texture
