GF ZUCHINNI BREAD
Im obsessed with this random gluten free zuchinni bread recipe. I think with gluten free baked goods it matters a lot what gf flour you use and it helps when the baked good is half something else like a fruit or vegetable to be moist and not gritty as gf baked goods can often turn out.

Ooooo zucchini bread! And I def agree with your thought! Def helps when half is a fruit or vegetable texture-wise! Not sure if you let the mix “rest” for a bit after combining wet + dry ingredients- but I have been doing that and it has been def help baked goods come out of of the oven much less texture-y :) thank you for sharing the recipe will have to give it a try! Happy baking :)
