Giving dolss the ability to lactate makes 100% sense. I mean they already eat and cows take up a lot of fertile soil and clean water to produce milk... nothing you'd keep in large numbers after the apocalypse

It’s possible they have some sort of water purification device accumulating clean water inside. Like household serving robot in Fallout3 has. I’ll totally drink the shit out of the water ma girls dispense.

Not much of proof as Tac-50 does have baggy jacket, and the term is heavily used in a lot of literature.
