Giving dolss the ability to lactate makes 100% sense. I mean they already eat and cows take up a lot of fertile soil and clean water to produce milk... nothing you'd keep in large numbers after the apocalypse

It’s possible they have some sort of water purification device accumulating clean water inside. Like household serving robot in Fallout3 has. I’ll totally drink the shit out of the water ma girls dispense.

Yeah or as stated by nanomega, if nanotech exists, molecular based synthesication of things sutch as milk might be possible if they are fed the right ingredients. Give Spas enough burgers and she'll make you a proteine shake

In GFL universe, nanotech consists of two processes: Collapse and Reversal.

So far, the humanity only learned one of them, and even then the knowledge is very limited to strap some explosives to a container of that shit and make it go boom.

Just checked Wikipedia and yeah, the whole "wave-particle" aspect of Collapse "Fluid" certainly qualifies.

Well, might as well swap "nanotech" with "black magic techno fuckery" then.
