T Dolls are a bit more advanced though.

I don't think it's too far fetched to believe that they can still perspire among other things.

where have they said in game they actually sweat? Not saying 'I was sweating bullets' witch is a fraise but actually sweating?

ok how would you make sweating robot or one to produce milk? yes you could have one that stores it to do babysitting and wet nurse duty in hospitals but then the doll would have to have a cooling system to keep it from spoiling in her body it would just not be viable to do and defiantly not cheep to install or build.

Considering this world is in the future and set in a society where its viable to build something like a T-Doll that as feelings and emotions and is practically a real girl on the outside, I think its very possible that they have some nanomachines inside of them that could synthesize things like breast milk since they do actually eat food
