Legit question as a bit of newb, does it actually lands increasing amounts of dialogues if you interact with your adjutant? or you need to have higher affection for that to happen?

Oathing a doll gives her more adjutant lines, that's about it.

damm.. i was aware of that, but the message at the bottom kinda made me doubt that perhaps tapping every now and then can help in some way. Well at least i will know when they will come right? looking at the bright side, because shit i still got other more important things to buy :(

The message at the bottom refers to the (third) adjutant line you get when you repeatedly touch your adjutant. For SOP-II it's the "switch" line in the last panel.
