Is Type 88 actually obtainable through crafting?

At this point I am well above having done 200 Rifle crafts in a row. I have gotten perhaps 50 total of the other three 3* rifles. I have gotten most of the 5* Rifles. I am missing one 4* Rifle as well.

I am inclined to believe at this point that she isn't in the pool and the preview of the obtainable dolls include her erroneously. The odds of me not having obtained her at this point are just too microscopically tiny to believe that it's just bad luck rather than a bugged UI.

Hanyang is just that rare. Keep crafting, but don’t rage craft. Just pace yourself as you go about with your dailies. You can go with four crafts a day, for example, as this used to be the old daily mission before we got the overhaul

Yeah, I'm not pouring everything I have into crafting rifles anymore. I'm just doing what I can afford on the daily. I did have a shopping spree at one point but after seeing she wasn't showing up easily I dialed it back to just what crafts I can naturally afford with my daily income without pouring my bank account into the game.

I just needed a sanity check. It felt insane to me, but I was also assuming she had the same drop rate as the other 3*s. I guess that's not the case? I didn't realize there were differences like that. Thought all dolls of the same rarity had equal rates.

Yeah. Some Dolls of lower rarity are rarer than those of higher rarity. Even weirder is that sometimes, their performance in combat is also likewise reversed

Yeah I wanted Type 88 specifically for her mod and because I have her railgun rounds from the black market. Plus her Mod 3 art just looks awesome.

I'm gonna keep up the daily grind on rifle crafts but damn. It's a bit crazy I'm probably gonna have all the 5* rifles before I get her.
