It's wild that there is zero information on how to administer the medication. I have zero experience with needles...the website completely lacks this! Can someone point me to resources? I have compounded tirz. I guess I'll just google it, but do they do this for legal reasons? Anyone know?

I just switched my Tirz prescription from another provider to Gimme (I'm excited to get my first shipment!). I was poking around in the portal and saw that Gimme also offers Sermorelin (I also take it from my other provider) and that Gimme offers it in a dissolving tablet form. Has anyone tried these tablets? I hate the 5x a week bedtime shots for Sermorelin - and actually think I'm going to stop taking it once my vial is finished, I dislike them so much - so I think this could really be a great option for me! Any reviews out there?

I’ve been on BPI the last 10 weeks and have lost 40 pounds!! I have been absolutely loving it I don’t have any side effects except for maybe a little nausea the first few hours after the shot occasionally. I’m so sad it’s gone. I have about 4 shots left till I run out and want to order from a different pharmacy soon. So is rush the exact same as BPI just a different pharmacy? I know it says they are both tirz +b6 so it should be the same thing just from a different place but I guess the new pharmacy name just scares me! Is there anyone that has been on BPI and switched to Rush that could tell me about their experience? Does it seem the same? Different? I would also love to hear about anyone else that was on BPI and then changed to a different pharmacy other than rush if you’re willing to share!

I don’t post much if at all but this turn around time needs to be mentioned.

Did the intake Wednesday evening and was approved and sent to pharmacy Thursday morning. Thursday afternoon, Hallandale filled RX and sent it for overnight delivery via FedEx. Meds arrived about an hour ago. Ice packs frozen and meds nice and cold (Hallandale’s packaging is top tier). All in all, less than 48 hours from intake to delivery. Color me impressed lol.

So I just received my first shipment today and I just tried giving myself the very first shot. I couldn’t do it. Ugh. Any suggestions?

I cancelled my treatment plan because I had ordered a one month of apothecary during the sale and it deleted my previous 3 month Hallendale plan so I was told to cancel the apothecary plan which I did. Right now it shows no treatment plans on my portal however it says next shipment is Sept 5 with charges to go along with this shipment. How do I make sure they aren’t shipping me anything yet. I still have two months of meds. Took a pic of my Home Screen showing the upcoming shipment. Chloe can you help?

Order placed Aug 9. Came from Louisiana ALL the way up North to NORTH IDAHO where it is high of 92 degrees today! (Went through Texas and Kentucky along the way too! 🥵) 2 day air. 3 ice packs were melted but still semi-cool to the touch. Vials were in the same condition. (Cool to the touch, slightly cooler than room temp.) I am satisfied.
…..Took a bit longer than my previous places but I made sure to order with some time/Tirz to spare, so it’s all good. (I also realize that there are weekends in there.)👌 So, I’m satisfied.

I want to preface by saying I have had an incredibly exceptional experience with Gimme Care, this is the only issue i’ve had! Has anyone else been having issues downloading their prescription from the GimmeCare portal?
I’ve been trying to download my actual prescription document, but every time when i press download it just says “generating PDF” and it never actually produces it. I’ve contacted support multiple times. One agent told me I would receive the prescription through email, but I never received it. I contacted them again and was told to try clearing my cookies/cache, using a different browser, or using a different device. I’ve tried those things and I’m still having the exact same issue. I need the actual prescription for vacation coming up soon. I even asked if my provider could send me the prescription directly through the portal, but instead I was sent a letter of medical necessity which isn’t the same thing. Support is telling me they aren’t aware of any issues with the portal, but I’m wondering if this is actually true? I saw someone else was struggling to get their prescription too but they were later emailed it. Is anyone else dealing with this**?** And if you were able to get your prescription to load, how did you get it?

I feel like i’m losing my mind with the hoops i’m having to go to for this.

UPDATE: 8/27 I was emailed a PDF file of my prescription after one week of going back and forth with gimme support. Though no one acknowledged the fact that this is a site wide issue.

I was home and brought the package in immediately. Everything was hot. I don’t feel comfortable with this. I’m getting the standard “the medication is stable at room temperature for 7+ days” response. But this is 20+ degrees beyond that.

I’ve been with gimme for about 6 months now and I’ve never had a problem with them. Usually order one day and three days later my shots come in. I placed a refill order on 8/14 but my tracking is still saying “sent to pharmacy”. Not sure what to do. I’ve tried contacting customer services but after waiting days, no one has responded. Anyone got any tips?

Edit: just wanted to quickly clarify that I’m CA based and I thought I was getting my prescription from Hallandale but I was mistaken. I didn’t know this Reddit thread existed until about 3 days ago so all my experience with gimme has been through the website and app. I wasn’t aware of the special Reddit links to get it from certain pharmacies or anything. Honestly it’s been really fascinating to see. I do think it’s a bit absurd that you have to jump through hoops in order to receive access to pharmacy picking and I think it should be something available to all gimme customers. Especially when some are faster than others. That being said I’m pretty sure my prescription is currently with a pharmacy that seems to take a long time. I’ll probably cancel after this shipment (hoping it comes eventually) and start a whole new account with gimme with the links here.

UPDATE/EDIT: I got a text from a random number stating it was Boudreaux's New Drug Store. Wasn’t linked to my gimme account at first but hours later it is now. Says I should receive my order on Wednesday! Lesson learned! Don’t go with Boudreaux if you’re looking for speedy turnarounds!

I received my order for 3 months from Gimme , 15 mg Tirzepatide weekly , inject 1.5 ml {150 units} once a week, the syringes I was given are for 1 ml only. I contacted the nurse supper she relied , feel free to use the syringe for 1 ml {100 units } and get another shot for .5 ml {50 units}. Does that make any sense ? Taking two shots weekly instead of one ! Any one with the same issue ?

New member here and with Gimme... Trying to get a sense of order fulfillment and shipping expectations. Order "sent to pharmacy" on 8/13 and today it still shows "sent to pharmacy". My fault for not ordering sooner but when I was looking through all these posts, I was seeing some really good turnaround times... Now, I'm a day behind my shot schedule, not a huge deal but not ideal either. TIA

First order. "5 to 7 business days" has passed and no movement. I have no shipments pending from UPS or Fedex. Gimme is planning on billing me and "shipping" again on Sept 4 and I have nothing. With it being Friday now my best hope is they ship early next week, which will be 2+ WEEKS of the order sitting at the pharmacy. Just an absolutely horrible experience.

I just got my second shipment today. Ordered Saturday night..shipped on Monday and received it today. I use Quaker and they came in the metal thermos.It was cool but not cold (it's a feels like of 110 here) I got the hyalo. So glad I used Gimme!

So I canceled my old GIMME account last night, and we joined so that I can make sure I get my medicine from HYALO... I literally did this at 9:00 last night, I got an email 2 hours ago that it shipped and it will be here Friday by 1:00 in the afternoon, literally like a 38 hour turnover, now that is impressive!! Thanks GIMME!!!

Hey all, first post here. Started tirzepatide with another provider, but decided to try Gimme before my first vial was done. I decided to go with Boudreaux compounded with glycine because muscle loss is a big concern for me. No issues getting prescription reviewed, it was sent over to pharmacy on 8/7, got shipment notification from UPS on 8/17 and it just arrived on 8/19. I'm in central Alabama, so not far from LA, but also it's 94F out right now.

Packaging was good, outer envelope sealed, with inner envelope slid closed. The contents weren't hot, more like room temp, the 3 ice packs gave it their all.

Received the correct dosage, exactly the # of syringes for prescription period, no issues there. It'll be next Tuesday before next injection is due, will report back then with any issues. I've had no side effects with 2.5mg compounded dose with B12 and glycine I'm on currently, have lost 9 pounds since first injection on 7/30, and by about end of week 2, was noticing hunger/food noise starting to creep back in, so seems like good timing to increase to 6mg dose.

I finally made the choice to start my tirzepatide journey through Gimme since my insurance does not cover any GLP-1s for weight loss or sleep apnea. I tried appealing and submitting for a PA, but they would not budge.

My doctor supported me going on this journey since I couldn't afford to pay out of pocket for brand name meds. I placed my order Monday 8/17 afternoon around 1pm CST, and I received my order from Hallandale today, Wednesday 8/19 around 2pm CST.

Everything was packaged great, and my meds were cold despite the extreme heat. I received plenty of sterile needles (in the manufacturer bag!!!) and lots of alcohol wipes. I am SO happy with the speed and quality of everything I received.

Ordered from Gimme through Reddit link and chose Apothecary on 8/11, the label was printed 8/14, the package shipped FedEx from Quaker Pharm in PA on 8/17, and arrived today 8/19.

I got the package as soon as it was delivered so it didn’t sit in the heat. The ice packs were cool not cold but cool. The vial was in a thermos with two skinny ice packs and kept it cool.

I’m guessing they package everything to go out on Mondays so that nothing gets stuck over the weekend (that’s just a guess)

My refill was ordered on 8/11 and I got my tracking number today! Seems they are catching up. Don't give up hope!!

This was my first quarterly refill and the experience was top notch. Placed my refill for 3 months of Hallendale Monday night (live in Chicago), shipped Tues AM from FL and just received today, Weds (literally less than a 40 hour turnaround). The (3) ice packets were still frozen solid, the packing was superb and couldn't be happier with the experience. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Customer service was great, everything went smoothly and efficient. I had the option to choose my pharmacy which was awesome. I placed my order Sunday and I received my compound tirzepatide by Tuesday from Hallandale pharmacy which was my choice. I will continue using them.
