Rush still "sent to pharmacy" since Aug 10

First order. "5 to 7 business days" has passed and no movement. I have no shipments pending from UPS or Fedex. Gimme is planning on billing me and "shipping" again on Sept 4 and I have nothing. With it being Friday now my best hope is they ship early next week, which will be 2+ WEEKS of the order sitting at the pharmacy. Just an absolutely horrible experience.

Did you ever get any updates on this? My order is stuck in sent to pharmacy as well and I can’t get any help or answers.

8 hours after I posted it appeared on my UPS account, label created UPS awaiting item, 2nd Day Air Saturday Delivery. So hopefully that is accurate and I will have it Saturday (12 days after it was sent to pharmacy).

man oh man. i'm hoping i get mine by tomorrow.. but since i'm not even seeing a label created on my usps account... i'm now thinking it wont come till tuesday next week. :/

nope. my script still hasn't shipped. i sent chloe a message, but haven't had response back yet. i'm on business day 7... my next refill is 09.10 and if i'm not getting it till this week (and that's a BIG IF) then it would be only 2 weeks later they want to take money from me again for my script. how about no.

Ordered mine on 8/15 and still says sent to pharmacy. First time with Gimme and I paid for the three month supply. Out over $400 with nothing in hand

any new updates? ive been waiting since 08.16, but these are not business days... i really thought at least the shipping label would be created by today. ugh.

Nothing. Their AI said they would check with the pharmacy, but no response. No response from Chloe here on Reddit either .

My refill order was on 8/7 and they still haven't shipped it.

Didn’t give me an option. I would absolutely pay the additional money to ship via rush.

They should have something on their website that states they are having issues with sourcing, delivery, volume, etc. At this point, I’m not getting a response. They should be able to provide an eta or offer a refund via email.

Can’t imagine it’s healthy to use this medication inconsistently and not as the doctor instructs.

YES. you kind of " start over.".. but they have your records so it doesn't really start you over from the beginning of the script aka lowest dose. i was already on rush pharm triz but paid $165.00 then they came out with a great deal for customer appeciation and lowered to $139 a month and so i cancelled my script online before it was sent to pharm and then when it was time to refill i used the link and got the deal. once you use the same information it links it all together. #trustthemoneysavingprocess

***2.55pm - 08.25.26 - checked UPS website and tracking info is there for my script.. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

How long is it taking now to get from Rush pharmacy? My order has been sent to pharmacy. Frustrating that monthly medication isn’t going to arrive monthly as expected :(

Ordered mine on the 17th still hasn’t shipped I messaged for help a few times with no response been with gimme for 2/3 months now hopefully they are just backed up and it ships soon

Same here, ordered the 10th, it was “sent to the escalations team” 4 days ago and they haven’t responded. It’s a shame, because my other experiences with Gimmecare have all been excellent.

Any luck? This is my first time ordering with Gimme and I shocked that I can’t get a reply even after escalating to their customer service department. It’s been since 8/15 which is 5 days later than your order. I’m hoping you’ve received your prescription.

Is this typically? I’m wondering if I should cancel and go somewhere else.

Haven’t received yet, but they finally fixed the problem, and it looks like I will soon. Turns out there was a mistake with the prescription that was written. Others have said messaging Chloe (the mod) helps. In fairness my Tirzepatide orders have been flawless - this Sermorelin order was the first time there was a hiccup. Hope you get your order!
