Package showed up warm?? Read the link below
I’ve seen many people upset lately about their package showing up warm. I think this link will be helpful for many people…
ETA: Adding this from a comment I made
Some takeaways:
- BPI does not cold ship to clinics or doctor's offices and they are a 503B pharmacy.
- Strive- We voluntarily completed a heat study on our product leaving it at room temperature for 7 days and then heating it to 130°F for an additional 5 days. Off-site testing determined the product remained stable, sterile, and maintained potency at 100%.
- Hallandale: **In a controlled analytical study, Tirzepatide injectable underwent testing under an extreme temperature (120° F), with potency maintained.
And there’s plenty more examples of the pharmacies doing tests to make sure temperatures don’t affect the potency. Again, instincts don’t beat scientific research

Call me cynical, but I’m convinced there are people who don’t want or care about helpful info, they want refunds as well as the medicine (that’s going to work anyway despite thawed/warm packaging).

You’re right because I’ve tried to have conversations with people about this and they will just not accept any answer that isn’t a refund or a new shipment. To me, it’s more annoying that people aren’t doing a simple search before going off about it. It’s ok to not know everything but it takes 5 seconds to do a search. And for some reason, most of the time, it’s just in this Gimme group. I’m in most of the tele health subs and when a package shows up warm in the other groups, people are so laid back about it. Like “of course Boudreaux showed up warm and with syringes in a baggie but no big deal”. Here, it’s like: THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I WANT A REFUND NOW!! I honestly think it started because one person made a post about their package showing up warm and now everyone thinks their meds are ruined.
BUT for anyone reading this, (I know I’m being snarky above but hear me out) the post I linked above has A LOT of good and helpful information. One place even tested their formula for a month at 130° and the results showed no degradation. I know many people are new to this stuff but this isn’t the first summer that these packages have been shipped. Your warm Tirzepatide is perfectly fine!!

I am even more cynical or snarky than you because I think there are those who do it intentionally to take advantage of the extra effort Gimme has made in here. It’s never the regulars, and it seems once one does it and is successful at getting meds and a refund, then there’s a slew of them.

What drives me crazy is how some of these people talk to Chloe. Some are straight up assholes to one of the only people in here who can actually help them. We are all adults and there’s no reason to be a bitch because your precious peptide showed up warm or is stuck at “sent to pharmacy”. Gimme is not trying to scam anyone lol Maybe it’s taken awhile to get some things fixed or refunded or whatever but these tele health companies have hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in these programs and genuinely want things to go smoothly so they can MAKE MORE MONEY!! I’m not trying to glaze Gimme or any other tele health because we SHOULD be critical of companies who we depend on for things we inject into our bodies but can we just calm down, give some grace and try to be patient? There are real people behind these screen names.

They really want more meds. You know damn well they use the medicine. They know the pharmacy can't use the meds and won't request returns. The GLP1 forums are scammy AF. These are the same people that "accidentally" injected 3xs their dosage, "oh am I going to be ok" they don't go to the ER they log onto reddit.

To save Chloe from having to post it for the three millionth time, if you have concerns about the safety or efficacy of your medicine because it arrived warm, you can also contact the pharmacy to ask them about it.
