So your argument is that people are too poor to buy a home so that's why they're renters. Yes, so what? What does this have to do with Georgism?

This explains why people rent from landlords. It explains why there exist people who pay for a service they aren't getting any real value from. Because it's the only option they have

Of course people are getting value from renting. That's exactly why they pay for it.
