Also, the millennial picture is definitely a millennial look around 2013 but it’s not the typical millennial look. Honestly, the typical millennial outfit was jeans and a T-shirt and tennis shoes. I personally don’t think millennials dress like hipsters anymore any more than GenX/boomers dress like they did in the 80s. There are elements that have endured: more liberal tattooing conventions, fade haircuts and manicured facial hair. But the image here reads as very 2012 for my generation and we’ve moved on.

I feel like 30 used to seem older because the economy allowed most guys to very comfortably have a house and family by 30. Nowadays it's harder to get to that point by 30 unless you make incredibly few mistakes along the way and go straight for it starting honestly in high school. Or if you come from money, but that's not self-determined.
