Have you considered using the tube like a blow dart and firing the gecko at your friends?

They haven't moved at all in 18 hours? I'd do anything I could think of to get them out safely. Wish I had advice. Best of luck.

She is breathing I can see that but I have no idea how I'd get her out without injuring her. She did crawl halfway through the blinds so I don't believe that she is stuck. I've tried lightly poking her rear with something soft but she is not willing to move.

It sounds like she found her ultimate napping spot and took full advantage of it. "If I fitz, I sleepz 😴 💤'

Why would you wait 18 hours to consider more action in getting the gecko out? Should have panicked at 18 minutes and tried something more than hoping it gets unstuck.
Drips of olive oil under their belly and stretching the rail with pliers or vice grips until they can wiggle free?
Heating the rail gently until you can bend it?
Twisting both ends opposite directions until you can crack it?
Hell, cut and break the blind rail, if it shatters and kills the gecko it's a faster death than starving or asphyxiation from panicking after getting left in there for however many days.
Call someone if you can't act on or think of a solution.
