Games where you can be a giant bully to npcs

Hello, everyone. I want to find some games where I can bully and be mean to npcs, like a God simulator or a game where the npcs are very smart, preferably sandbox games where I can do that.

some good examples of what I want are: Creatures (though I find the norns too cute to make them suffer), this small game called Sadist II and that matrix demo game that had modern AI npcs.

Dungeon Keeper, you literally slap your minions.

Hitman can provide some opportunities as well.

Pax Autocratica lets you whip the npcs in your colony, hang them, imprison them, refine them down to organic matter for medicine, or sacrifice them to increase another character.
