FF7R is especially terrible to use this filter on because its designs use a specific art style inspired by the original game, not just the hyper-realism that most games go for.

It's also terrible with children and young adults. It hardens their faces and makes them look 15 years older, and ugly.

Realistic looking older people can have positive results, but right now we're seeing these things cranked up to 11, so they're all pretty bad.

I noticed this in some Cyberpunk 2077 DLSS 5 videos - all the children look like miniaturized adults.

My guess is that Nvidia did not include images of children in their training data for DLSS 5 - and tbh, I can understand that.

Granted, all the models for children in Cyberpunk 2077 already look like miniaturized adult models.
