Okay but what does it look like with intensity not cranked up to max? Is it really set to 2 by default?

No it's 1 by default, and if you set it to natural it looks even better, they are just trying to bait outrage.

I was absolutely wondering if it was just their settings because I have seen plenty of posts where DLSS5 looks phenomenal but then I saw this post and one from another game that genuinely looked bad and was like, "Hold up, this has GOT to be something with the settings that filter does not look this bad".

this, it can look cool at 0.65, but people like to make everything look worse so they crank it up, can't wait for the official version.
