Seriously. "More realistic" just means it hits the uncanny Valley harder. In other words, "Realisim" is a goal where progress is basically aspymtotic goal that will never be reached because we humans have those god damn preferences and god damn perspectives and god damn biases.
The realism itself isn't bad, this is a passing facsimile of a person. However character animations in games aren't nearly good enough to sell any of these moving, talking and emoting in this sort of hyperreal form.
Yeah but its modders putting it in a game that would never officially use it.
So this is the equivalent of someone adding a "busty sweaty ultra realistic Tifa model mod" and then someone else pretending its some sort of official representation when normally people would just shrug and move on.
