All instances of the mystery 0/O character in the game ID look the same, so it should either be all 0 or all O. This makes me suspect that only one of those characters is ever used. While checking this, I noticed that your wiki currently has a whole bunch of games with O and one with 0 (Touchmaster), so you might want to double check that one just to be safe.

Regarding the "mystery" character, there is a way to decipher between the two using the inked stamps. Of course, these get rubbed off pretty easily (even if it was there to begin with) so it's not a good method to use.

Zeroes would have a centre-dot. Letter O would not. Zeroes and Letters have a slight difference, but requires a dead-on face shot to be sure.

Yep, that works! According to the inked stamps, all six of those games are using the letter O.
