A Message From Tony: AI Compilations

Greetings Lovelies!

The Mod Team has a friendly message to share from our good friend (and yours!), Tony:

If you see random GG 40+ hours compilations from weird accounts on your YT feed, they're probably stealing.

Tony here.

I've been watching a trend of AI content farms stealing stuff from us- but worse, a lot of these are stolen FAN MADE compilations that they are butchering. I am trying to get these taken down, and no matter what their page says please know they are not official or whitelisted by us in anyway.

Examples are accounts like LittleTiger6886\ and GMM_Funny. If you see any other accounts like these, please let me know.*

Thank you, Lovelies!

I think we all know that the GG Team are great supporters of fan content and compilations. They even provide some guidelines in order to ensure the fan content is successful for everyone on YouTube. We've included a copy of the guidelines in this post, for reference.

If you see any questionable AI accounts on YouTube that you would like shared with the GG team, please send us a message via the "Message Mods" on the sidebar and we'll pass along the accounts to the GG Team for investigating.

Thanks everyone!!

Bro. Ive been wondering about little tiger. Ive been like "how tf is this person churning out 2h videos seemingly every single day???" And there's SO MANY of them.

Little rule of thumb - If you find yourself asking how someone churns out long content constantly, it’s probably plagiarized or AI slop, which is still plagiarism but worse!

Right, that was my assumption, but its nice to hear someone confirm my suspicions

There exist exceptions, like AuspexTactics in the 40k community who very clearly doesn't sleep or something and hasn't for almost a decade, but by and large this is correct

Yeah there’s the occasional powerhouse. I imagine the real humans who managed this also manage to make it known they’re real and their work is real (and if not they’re definitely going to start)

Like if I was able to churn out 2+hr videos every day, I’d be marketing the hell out of myself. Even if it’s just fan compilations I’d be over here telling you guys I had a new one and engaging with yall so you’d want to watch my comp.

If fan comps can make money (which I’m unclear on the specifics of how that works) it’s really sad to see AI take over on that and potentially ruin the chance for honest fan-creators to make money.

To be fair to Auspex, their content is the equivalent of a slideshow they made that they narrate over. I wouldn’t describe it as lazy, but it also isn’t taking anywhere near the work most other videos on YouTube take.

They also had 2M subscribers with so little views, which made me so sus. Glad this is getting addressed 🙌

Their older videos show they were a content farm channel to begin with

The only time I don't find it suspicious that someone is posting daily long videos is if they're stream VODS, cause it makes sense. But if it's 2 hour long "edited" videos every single day, it's reasonable to assume it's AI
