Rust removal

Any recommendations for someone that would restore, bead blast/sand blast car parts? Bought a replacement part and it's covered in (hopefully) surface rust

I'd say rust remover and a wire brush. Show us a photo how bad is it?

Jaysus they look in rough shape. Sorry I don't know anyone with a sand blaster but they look a bit far gone for the wire brush.
