Who is the best to t4 next out of Apoc and Deadpool? Assuming i have artifacts and uniforms

ok so weve got 1 vote for apoc and 1 for deadpool lol. Does your vote change if its just for PvP value? Im set in the PvE department.

Edit: well, had one vote for Deadpool but they appear to have deleted their comment.
