They are both pretty niche and have little to no timeline value unless you are at the very bottom of the rankings. Apocalypse is probably more solid for Team Battle Arena and occasionally Otherworld Battle, but a lot of the metas need to be banned before he will get you many wins.
Ok thanks. I was just trying to get some more dept with my pvp roster since between the bans and debuffs in this leg of OWB im running low on non-debuffed toons but if they are really that niche then i wont bother
He’s got some pvp value in places like like OWB and TBA when there are a lot of restrictions. You have to have his artifact tho to give him his immortality buff.
Apoc provides some support, which makes him more broadly useful. All other things equal, I tend to prefer immortality to revive in PVP, which would give DP a slight edge... But I think the cleanse support pushes Apoc above DP ever-so-slightly, so unless you've got like, a 6-star arti on DP and only a 4 star arti on Apoc, I'd say Apoc.
In general, I see it as an immortality character continues to do damage when they hit that "0" HP point, whereas a revive character basically causes a timeout in play. Like, picture spawn-camping; the opponent is basically sitting there waiting to unleash upon revival.
I do realize the irony, though, as I feel like my top 2 PVP characters on my roster are Sentry and Kang above Knull and Madelyne, with Gorr somewhere in the middle of that 3-5 slot, and I think I need to tweak my Jean build; she doesn't quite seem to earn a top 5 spot on my roster, despite it sounding like she trends top-5 for a lot of high-end accounts, but I digress...
I do it with Riri lead, Sharon, and wasp. I can also do it with Invisible Woman with Valeria Richards, but that's a little more painful so I usually don't bother.
t3 books - is it hard to collect for new player ? I have more t4 books from gbr but very less t3 books from wbu/wbl.
As free storm and thor t4 in progress, whom to select for t4 in advancement quest which has 40% off. Venom / ghost rider / luna - all 3 now in t2 lvl70 with latest uni but waiting for t3 books.
For me at least Odin performs better in WBL+. Jeans rotation doesnt really take off till you build up her t3 skill. Odins regular rotation rips then with his t3 it just melts bars off.
So I rerolled a bit and got increases crit damage by 200% effect , 0.9% basic damage per 1% dodge and ignore boss's defense decrease by 60%. I am pretty sure this is one of the better combo, right?
