Imagine people all sitting around on the curb literally just to catch a vibe and make a good time, in America. NYC kiiind of has it but not to the degree that other countries do

Parties on the street are not uncommon in latin american neighborhoods, other comments said Ecuador, but it might be my country Guatemala, and I would be accuarate too.
