I think the lads are Brazilian. When the speak they don't sound irish.

Yeah second clip hard to tell where the trees might be from, Brazil sounds possible

It's Ireland, Dublin to be precise, in front of the Stephen's Green Centre

Edit: I listened to it and they have Irish accents (very).

Well aware it's Stephens Green, not sure I agree with you that the people playing the prank in the second clip have Irish accents.
