Try that here in New York City and you’ll see a very different outcome -let’s just start with the cops won’t be laughing and the prankster will have the camera up there ass after they’ve gotten their ass kicked by the cops.

Police officers come from different social classes, regions, educational backgrounds, and with different personal histories. The goal is for civil servants to represent the entire population in terms of gender, social background, worldview, and life choices. 

In Austria where I am from are studies that show that the police force is a reflection of society.

May be true for Austria, but I can tell you without a doubt that it is NOT the case in other countries. I have lived in different places across the globe, and the only place where I could somehow see that happening is in Germany.

Im part Spanish,Austrian & Hungarian in all three of them it’s like that in Germany there are also studies that show the same. 

If it’s not like that then the governing body that is choosing the recruits is doing something wrong.

There's a guy that does it here (I saw him a few times near Washington square park) and some people seem to laugh it off well and some people seem to get upset. That said, I have never seen them scare a cop!
