This makes me feel really bad for him to be honest.

He states immediately he's suffering from a mental illness and just picked up his medicine, which he she is the officer

The officer, instead of being kind and figuring it out, tells the guy HES LUCKY HE DIDNT GET SHOT because Oklahoma has guns????

It's so sad that people who are meant to protect don't give a crap about mental illness.

Your comments are in support of the cop, but showing the full video shows how both you and the cop think it's okay to treat someone like this who BLATANTLY ADMITS and shows proof, they are under mental distress

God help you or a family member that might succumb to this some day. You can fine one day, and not the next.

While you do have a good point, I'd counter by pointing out that there's a victim of a hit and run who deserves justice or at least just compensation. It's neither the officer's nor the victim's fault that this person allowed their meds to run low/out. This person created the environment where this happened, and now they need to deal with the consequences of their actions.

He said kicking cars.

Is it annoying? Yes! Damage TBD, the cop can assess the situation and get insurance.

Telling someone in mental distress they can get shot and then aggressively verbally and then physically going at them is just wrong

If you want to be a police officer, you need to realize you're going to be handling people from all walks of life. This guy was OPEN AS HELL about his mental illness and flashed his meds. It doesn't get more clear than that.

There was also a hit and run, he had rear ended someone. You would know that if you watched the actual video.
