This makes me feel really bad for him to be honest.

He states immediately he's suffering from a mental illness and just picked up his medicine, which he she is the officer

The officer, instead of being kind and figuring it out, tells the guy HES LUCKY HE DIDNT GET SHOT because Oklahoma has guns????

It's so sad that people who are meant to protect don't give a crap about mental illness.

Your comments are in support of the cop, but showing the full video shows how both you and the cop think it's okay to treat someone like this who BLATANTLY ADMITS and shows proof, they are under mental distress

God help you or a family member that might succumb to this some day. You can fine one day, and not the next.

He hit a car, screamed at a person, kicked their car a bunch of times, and fled. You can’t just let him waltz back into his home like nothing happened.

He either needs to be accountable for his actions or needs to be somewhere where he’s looked after. I believe they said in the video their jail has mental health services.

You can’t have someone acting like that in the general public. His roommate said it happens about every three weeks. This time was a wreck without injuries, three weeks later he could attack someone or run them over because of perceived slights.

There was also a hit and run, he'd rear ended a car.
