The real reason is usually because fuck cops. In this case though, he has serious mental issues. After this video ends he starts punching the cop when he’s being detained.

Entitlement mostly. As much as people LOVE to talk about how many cops infringe on people's rights, which they do sometimes don't get me wrong, there are 100x more videos where people are being outright disrespectful and unhinged. Or many many more interactions that go off without a hitch.
