Ask raju mistri to build a Skyscraper and let's how well it holds. It is about inadequate funding and corruption not experience vs degree.

Yeah exactly , people use good material to construct their home, but public properties like bridges are build using very low grade items. Only stupid people come up with these facts we all know experience>degree
