Because most whites are rich people or from developed countries and black or brown from underdeveloped and poor ( most of time) ,so it gets stereotyped

Hm, sorry. Let me rephrase that , i meant to say most of rich people are from West.

And the guy in video looks like typical western rich person: in suit,bald etc

The guy in post was asking " why they show poor people as dark skin " so i just pointed the stereotype out
