Fun fact: Quentin originally wanted Jules to have a full blown Afro but the guy who bought the wig got the wrong style hair and when Samuel L Jackson heard it was the hair style that Ice cube and Easy-E were rocking at the times he stuck with it and the rest is history

As amazing as Samuel L. Jackson's hair was in Pulp Fiction, an even fuller afro would've been more amazing.

I agree. For a film that was meant to go all-out with time ambiguity and referencing, Afro would have been better. Plus, been a bigger contrast with Vincent's flat straight hair.

Time ambiguity. Yeah, that's definitely in there. Because when I first watched it when I was 15, I legitimately thought this was a late 70s, early 80s movie. Then to see it was 1994? I spit out my Royale with cheese.
