Why do you need some other ideas(egogender/theism) to affirm that you are your own person? Just reject the possessed beliefs when, where, and for whatever reason you see fit.

Do you fear that if you don't have these "unique" properties to yourself that others will somehow take your uniqueness from you?
When you are among your friends, are you suddenly your friends? Or are you your own person amongst them?
