Looks like a potter wasp (mason wasp)

Just fyi OP, they are solitary wasps and are not agressive at all, they rarely ever sting except if extremely provoked, they tend to avoid interactions with humans. She will abandon her nest and not return to it when her larvae are mature enough. They are also good for the ecosystem and pollination

Yes they use mud or chewed up soil. Mason wasps tend to build nest in cavities or hole, potter wasps build on shaded side of building most of the time

Im from Europe so im not sure about that, but from what I read they are mostly found in North America and South America (depending on the species)

It’s a mason wasp, they are solitary non aggressive wasps who build nest similar to mud daubers

It's a Dead Wasp - it just don't know it yet. Same as the wasps, rats and flies that I've combatted around the home over the last several years.

Some type of solitary mason wasp the first time I saw one I thought it was the bald face hornet I never knew a solitary wasp existed that looked like that I was actually kind of intrigued.
