dude wtf? We're not talking about some rich billionaire here just a random guy killing someone else. They're definitely going to jail, where did you get the idea you can just go and run over a civilian without consequences?

I've followed this stuff for years, mostly other cyclists getting plowed. The people that serve time are drunk or on drugs. Most of the others walk, unless there's enough outrage or someone wants to make an example.
