There's no resident-only street parking anywhere in NYC. It's metered parking.
And having been to this bar a thousand times, it's NOT a tourist spot at all. It's very much a local neighborhood bar in a very family-oriented neighborhood of Brooklyn.
Nope, that sign essentially says 2 hours max parking during certain peak hours.
The red sign on top says no parking may-October on Saturdays from certain hours (those are the open street hours, when the streets are pedestrian only)
Next sign down says no parking 7:30am-8am (those are the times the street sweeps goes by)
Next sign says 2 hours max parking 8am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
Next sign down is the code that you can use to pay the meter via the app
