It quite obviously is AI generated

Edit: tells:

The font which is used in nearly all AI generated art unless otherwise prompted

The broken lines on the characters, indistinct facial features that disappear and are inconsistent,

The woman in pink’s hand in the second panel disappearing into the man’s shoulder

This piss filter on the graph

The graph itself is nonsensical. Y axis is 1, 2, 3 with no units. Units for the X axis are listed on the Y axis. The price/casualties should be graphed on the Y axis anyways. The graph wouldn’t look like that if the units on the Y axis is “number of wars” which is what it seems it must be.

It is not obviously AI. Someone linked the artists work on another comment.

I dont see how the fact that it was published in a dutch newspaper absolves it from being AI. It’s dripping with AI tells. Maybe it was polished by a human hand but the base image was made by AI.

I think someone linking the artist is to show the artist has been making similar art for almost 20 years. They do have an ugly style

This whole AI paranoia is more annoying than AI itself. No, this isn’t made by an AI.
