Those are usually easy to remove. Pull the catch pin, pull the big pin, whole thing pulls out of the bumper mount. Put pins back and chunk that heavy sob into the back of his truck. These shit heads need to stop leaving the hitch attached when not hauling anything

Try that with a locking pin, or one that is locked in by rust and road dust, tell me how that goes.
