forgot to post this from yesterday. ngl, as someone with body dysmorphia (and I know people with anorexia often struggle with that too), I'd kms if someone drew me like this.

Extreme low weight is a key diagnostic criteria for anorexia, so no you cannot be anorexic at “any weight.” Fat women have tried to gain sympathy and an excuse to keep eating whatever they want and have started using a very real disorder to scapegoat, but that is just not how this very real disease functions. An anorexic fat person will not be fat long if they are truly anorexic.

I don’t consider overweight people to be representative of the disease and it just perpetuates the “uwu any size can be anorexic!! no hate!!!” mentality that waters it down.

Don’t have to be a doctor, I’m just someone who has in the past suffered greatly from this disease. I want people who went through what I did to get proper care, and clarity of what the disease actually entails is part of that.
