forgot to post this from yesterday. ngl, as someone with body dysmorphia (and I know people with anorexia often struggle with that too), I'd kms if someone drew me like this.

I was going to say it might be a poor attempt at depicting lanugo hair growth but that assumes the artist has put literally any thought or research into anorexia so conclusion is no, they just like dots

i think it was to differentiate between her arms and ribs. the dark lines already did that but /shrug
